“I Am...” was singer Beyoncé’s third worldwide tour, giving her a massive promotion for her latest album “I Am... Sasha Fierce”.
The tour, comprising about 100 concerts, played dates throughout the world, in North and South America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
The first show of the South American leg of the tour was staged at Parque do Planeta Atlântida in Florianopolis, Brazil.
Other concerts followed at Pacaembú (São Paulo), HSBC Arena (Rio de Janeiro) and Estádio Pituaçu (Salvador).

For all the concerts in Brazil, the tour producers used 75 D.T.S. moving head projectors supplied by LPL Light Productions LTDA, arranged as follows:
12 x XR2000 BEAMs onstage, behind the musicians, for backlighting
6 x XR2000 SPOTs on the two sides of the stage
Above the stage there were four parallel trusses with:
10 x XR2000 SPOT CMYs on the 1st and 4th trusses
12 x XR1200 WASHs on the 1st truss
18 x XR2000 BEAMs on the 3rd and 4th trusses
17 x XM1200 SPOTs on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th trusses
